1.1 Food Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.
1.2 Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only if the product received is:

  • Damaged or defective during transit.
  • Incorrect product delivered compared to the order placed.
    1.3 Return Request Period: Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility: A refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival (requires proof via photos).
  • A wrong product was sent, and the return request was approved.
    2.2 Refund Process:
  • After verification, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
    2.3 Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

3. Replacement Policy

3.1 Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement in case of damaged or incorrect products.
3.2 Replacements are subject to stock availability.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

4.1 Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
4.2 Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or personal taste preferences.
