1.1 We currently ship across India. 1.2 International shipping is not available at the moment.

2.1 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. 2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 2.3 Customers will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and order weight. 3.2 Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. 3.3 Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount, subject to promotional offers.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
4.1 Delivery time depends on the shipping location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-metro cities & towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote locations: 7-10 business days 4.2 Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

5.1 We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. 5.2 Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their shipment.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 If the package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, customers may contact us for assistance. 6.2 If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, reshipping charges may apply. 6.3 If the package is damaged or tampered with upon arrival, customers should refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
7. Order Tracking
7.1 Customers can track their orders using the tracking link sent via email or WhatsApp after dispatch. 7.2 If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact us.
8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
8.1 If an order is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, we will attempt re-delivery at the customer’s expense. 8.2 If the customer opts for a refund instead of re-delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
